As a chairman and CEO, Dr. Toan Tran has 20 years in-depth experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Fund Management, Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance. He was working hand in hand with:

In Europe: Credit Suisse, Banque General du Luxembourg, Aargauische Kantonalbank.
In Vietnam: Executive Vice Chairman of Pavo Capital Group, Viet Capital Asset Management; Board Member and Head of Investment Banking at Viet Capital Securities Company.

Previously served as Banking Consultant of the Swiss Government to support the Vietnamese Government.
